General Disclaimer

We handcraft all our treats at each location, in the same kitchen with the same equipment. No matter how careful we are we have to say that cross contamination can always happen, so please plan accordingly.

In Store Terminology and Ingredient Information

GF - gluten friendly, no gluten ingredients but can have cross contamination (most of our gelato flavors plus a few desserts are GF)

V - vegan, free of any animal by-products including dairies, gelatin.. Sorbetti are water based, our vegan gelato is made with oat milk. We do not offer vegan desserts at this time.

Eggs - most of our gelato is egg free (beside cross contamination), some flavors that contain egg yolks are: Mascarpone Nutella, Tiramisu, flavors with baked inclusions (like cookies..),Vanilla, Strawberry/Blueberry Cheesecake and possibly more. Egg yolks in all our gelato are pasteurized.

Raw/pasteurized ingredients - all our gelato ingredients are pasteurized, this includes all dairies, cheeses, eggs.. Our Tiramisu and Coppa Mascarpone desserts both contain raw eggs and are marked as well.

Everything we serve is made in house, from scratch and we do not use flavorings, pre-made anything, colorants and this control over all our ingredients helps us being as transparent as possible.
