At Gemelli we strive to be a big part of the community we live in and give back to organizations that do so much for this community. To request donations or to have your organization take part in a “Fundraising Day” at our store, please fill out the request form below.
If you are requesting a donation for your organization’s upcoming event please read:
Please ensure that the event is at least two weeks away (all requests take about a week to process), if this is not the case we will not be able to accommodate your request at this time. Please note, we receive several requests each week and do our best to approve as many as possible and will only contact your organization if your request has been approved. Please do not follow-up, we receive and review all your requests, if we do not contact you that means we already reached our fundraising quota for that month (we are a small family business).
Before submitting a dessert/gelato/gift card donation requests, please review the following guidelines for the application process:
- Requests take about one week to be reviewed and processed.
- Our store can only accommodate dessert/gift card pickup requests during the hours of 12PM-5PM Tuesday to Friday. We do NOT deliver or mail desserts, gelato or gift card donations.
- At time of pickup please provide all the proper documentation including information about the event, the organization name & address, tax ID and all related tax information to process your request.
- To ensure the quality of our product, we only allow desserts & gelato to be picked up on the day of the event (or on Fridays for events scheduled during the weekend) and do not allow our products to be resold.
